Cheque Payment If preferred a Cheque, or Postal Order made payable to Smalls, can be sent to our shop at 41 Mostyn Street, Llandudno, Conwy, LL3O 2NL. Goods will be despatched once the cheque has cleared. Overseas customers must use Paypal.

Shipping and Handling Charges Carriage is by Royal Mail 1st Class Post unless otherwise requested ie. Recorded Delivery.

Delivery Schedule We deliver to the UK and Worldwide and our aim is to despatch your order the next working day. If your order is detayed, we will e-mail you with the option to cancel if you would rather not wait. In exceptional circumstances, due to stock availability, please allow upto 21 days.

Tax Charges Vat at the standard rate is included in all our prices.

Returns Policy If you wish to return any item, please Email us within 7 days of receipt of the good with your order reference.

Please be advised that in the interest of hygience, we are unable to accept any briefs and brief type items (ie baby dolls, french knicicer sets etc) for return. All Funwear is also non return.

Refunds will only be issued providing the goods are unworn, unwashed and in the original packaging with all tags attached. The cost of returning goods is your responsibility and we recommend that goods are returned using Recorded Delivery as we cannot accept responsibility for returns that go missing in the post.

If your order quahfied for free carriage and items you are returning take the balance of the order below the qualifying amount, we reserve the right to deduct the standard shipping charge from refunds for non defective goods.

If you paid for the goods using a credit/debit card, the refund will have to be made to the same card. If you paid by cheque, we will refund you by cheque.

Bank Orders If you item is not in stock, we will back order for you and give an estimated delivery date. in the unlikely event, this date is delayed, we wil Email you with the option to cancel if you would rather not wait.
